Challenge

Nestle’s North American Headquarters, based in Glendale, CA, is tasked with managing the cabling needs for over 60 remote Nestle sites in the US. These sites routinely require MAC work and occasionally re-cabling.

Nestle also frequently purchases other food companies to grow their product offering and market share. When this occurs, all the locations of the newly acquired company are brought up to Nestle standards.

Because the projects are run out of Southern California, managing the bid process, including identifying reputable installers in the various markets, had become time-consuming and the results were difficult to control.
