Cat 6A Z-PLUG™ Field Terminated Plug

Z-PLUG offers an innovative approach to connecting IP-enabled IoT and smart building devices. Developed specifically to deliver custom-length cables that can be terminated on site for quick direct connections to PoE LED lights, security cameras, wireless access points, digital displays, distributed antenna systems (DAS), building automation controls and more, Z-PLUG exceeds all Category 6A performance requirements to easily support high-speed applications like 802.11ac Wi-Fi and 802.11ax Wi-Fi .

Terminates both Cat 6A shielded and UTP, solid and stranded cable in conductor sizes from 22 to 26 gauge – all with a single part number and meeting Siemon’s Z-MAX system warranty

UltraMAX™ – UTP

Siemon’s easy-to-use and ergonomically designed UltraMAX TurboTool significantly reduces the time associated with the termination of category 5e, 6 and 6A UTP UltraMAX outlets. In contrast to a single conductor punchdown tools, which requires eight individual termination cycles for each outlet, the UltraMAX TurboTool seats and cuts all 8 conductors with a single termination action. This quality tool is rated for a minimum of 10,000 cycles, and allows users to consistently terminate high-performance connections with reliability and speed.

Provides flexible cable entry enabling termination on either side of outlet to accommodate multiple cable pathway directions and bend radius compliance.
Designed with 16 gauge steel and tough, high impact resistant plastics, this tool was built for the everyday rigors of the job site.
